What It Does
Shred And Spread, One Bale At A Time
A bale processor takes a whole bale and tears it back into loose material. Feed it into a bunk. Fluff it into bedding. Lay it down for mulch and erosion control. The BaleBuster does all three, and you set the job by how you run it.
HayBuster built its name on shredding fibre and holding output bale after bale. Chain and slat conveyors move the material through under load. Oil-bath chain cases keep the drive running cool and quiet. These machines are made to run thousands of bales without complaint.
Feed
Loose, even material placed straight into the bunk with no sorting and no waste.
Bed
Soft, absorbent bedding fluffed and spread across stalls, pens, and poultry houses.

The Original
The entry point to the line. Single-bale capacity for feeding, spreading mulch, and getting the job done without fuss. Simple, proven, and easy to run.

BaleBuster 2574
Throw It Anywhere
The only BaleBuster with an adjustable blower cannon. Throw straw up to roughly 30 m in any direction and at several heights. If you are bedding free stalls or a poultry house, the cannon puts material exactly where you want it with nobody on the business end of a pitchfork.

The machine most operations land on. Two-bale capacity with a chain and slat conveyor, an oil-bath chain case with 30% more rotor speed, and a two-stage loader. It shreds round bales all day and does a very nice job on squares when you load them in.

Shortcut Fine
Everything the 2660 offers, tuned for a finer cut. More hammers, stripper kits, and slug bars, plus a heavier rotor for precision. Run it when you want a short, even 5 to 10 cm cut for ration feeding.

BaleBuster 2800
The All-Bale Machine
The largest and heaviest processor in the line. Hydraulic squeeze bars on the back pick up anything you put near it. Round bales, small squares, big squares, it does not care. If you run a mixed operation, the 2800 is the one. No second machine, no second operator, one unit handles everything.
